I guess every magician thinks about it at one time or another. What would we do if we really had magic powers. The force that is the magic in Star Wars shows what we would do. Making stuff float. And even if we were able to achieve this feat there would always be the heckler who just claims it didn't work. A common example would be that you have someone pick a card and then find it. Because you would know how this is done you know that it really is the spectator's card, yet the heckler will lie about it... "no I picked the 10 of spades" or something like this. This is why we magicians need to have an out.
