I actually think it is funny, that certain tricks that we dismiss can play big in some situations but that was not the reason why this particular strip was made. I need to solve one major issue. I simply forgot the hole in the skull where the nose would be, when I created Dead Marlo. So I got around that problem with a cheap joke^^.
